The Design
Founder & Creative Director: Marnie Gelhard
Marnie Gelhard is a brand designer and creative director with a global perspective and a deep love for nature. Originally from Sydney and raised between Singapore and New York, she brings a worldly sensibility to her work in hospitality design.
As the founder of FLORA, Marnie oversees every creative detail — from branding and interiors to social media and packaging. What began with a hand-drawn logo in 2019 has grown into a full expression of her vision for mindful, design-driven dining. Her thoughtful approach and dedication to craft continue to shape Miami’s restaurant landscape with authenticity and heart.
